Early morning I got a call from a colleague. She told me that my supplier charged her of sending a notebook for repair (still under warranty). Her boss called up the manufacturer and it say FOC cos is still under warranty. I told her the charged is by the supplier and not the manufacturer (but she insist by saying the supplier said the manufacturer charged her) cos 1st the notebook is not purchase from this supplier. She asked me to asked the supplier to waive the fee. I told her y not you told him, she say she did but supplier rejected her. I told her, I am going to get the same reply but she ask me to try. What a idiot.

Logically & Rationally speaking, I feel is very unfair to do this to my supplier. I never do this kind of thing to my supplier. I do not wan to be unfair to anyone include my supplier and my company. I believe ppl doing business is to gain profit and I know if I asked him to waive is definitely a loss to them. I always practice that I will let my supplier to gain profit but not tooo much cos I still have to protect my company. I did call my supplier and I told him, since it is so troublesome maybe u asked her to get the seller to do it. He have the same view with me.

I called my colleague back and told her that. Later on, her stupid boss called up. He is yelling on the phone and say that my supplier is not frank and calculative. He also say that they all buy so much thing from him, ask him do something he say like that. I tell him off by saying "Of cos the supplier will charged you cos this notebook is not bought from him and he have to go at least 2 times to get it done. Furthermore, buying a lot doesn't means he will forever do extra FOC service as when we needed. Is really unfair of taking up ppl times, effort and petrol by paying nothing to them. To me he will only guaranteed wat he sold to us.

And this stupid idiot tell me "You don't have to protect your supplier and let him know that in future we will not buy anything from him, but I dunno your side". I dunno what he meant by me protecting my supplier whereby I juz tell the fact. Frankly speaking I dun care what he wan to do juz that he dun interfere my side will do. Tis stupid unprofessional (high post) manager say tis kind of thing...showing off that he got power to give business to whoever that lick his shoes...idiot

I told my supplier dun do his biz is a gain not a loss.....really hate tis stupid short, unprofessional idiot...
