What is your objective when you get into office???

To me I juz wan to finished my work and back on time and make sure I got my pay every month. But some ppls looking for more than that.

I'm sitting in my server room where you can't c outside, is juz like you are being separated from the outside world even my room is a room in a big room. No doubt for security reason my room have to lock every sec. So no one can ever enter my room except me n my boss. I'm having peaceful life there as I c less human beings which could be an advantage.

My floor only have 14 ppls...but seems like a problematic place to be.

I hardly really mix around with all these ppls, the one that I more close is my GFC's secretary. Maybe we have abt the same character that makes us comfy with each other. But too bad she is leaving to Sibu in another 3 weeks ++. I will definitely miss her but once again nice to meet you Pearly.

Recently some ppls change on how they behave. Those days can chat everything but now seems a bit secretive and less talk. I & Pearly wonder why but we do not care much as our objective to work is simple. These ppl seems to wear a mask on their face meaning some they dun like each other but they act as a frend, some they show they r ok in front of their boss, some can treat you invisible during lunch hour & etc.

Is really feel demotivated working in such environment. But to me I carry a "DON'T CARE"
attitude. Meaning I just come to office to finished my objective and back home, nothing more than that. I hate gossip and those playing gangs n politic. Hey ppl grew up okie, you don't gain anything from it. With juz less than 20 ppls oredi so much problem I wonder if everyone in one big room den wat will happen??????

I'm a very straightforward person when I like you u will feel it and when I don't like you, you know my reading my expression. So I'm mask free :P

Even you ppl dun like each other, but make sure when come to work you need to co-operate to finished the task effectively n efficiently. Dun play dragging and is not professional at all.....pls behave like an adult, you are old enuf to know it!!!!

I feel I am lucky as I belongs to no gang and thanks to my boss giving me such a private and yet separated place to work.
