Disaster..
Is been a really long time since I blog...really got no time to update my blog..
I went to work early today since I wanna to switch the email server. Called my boss and he is 10 mins late. I tried and change IP everythings work fine. Back to my office and my colleague told me that she can't send email. I checked and find out that our IP is being blocked. Wrote email to them to ask why. Their reply is that someone is spamming.
I immediately went up to change the setting to let my colleagues send out email. About 11am something the internet line is down. I quickly went up to check and called TM. Since I can't do much I went out lunch, my colleague who resigned treat us KFC.
Back to office and called TM but they said they are still checking. I went up to our server room and do some test and find out that the email server is working fine. I suspected the line is ok and there TM tell me the line is ok but the other computer is not ok. I keep trying n troubleshooting....there comes again my Senior IT Manger keep on asking why and how. I am thinking if I would know...then i dun need to troubleshoot anymore.
He came in several times, and there are one time he ask us STOP WORKING and tell him wat is the problem. I said "Let me do one more test to conclude something and I say just give me 1 hr". Then he shut up and walk away...I was frust, brain full of things...AND he still come and disturb...sickening.
At the end I sort out the problem , which is the firewall problem....continue solving email problem and only went back at 6.30pm. Wasted my 30mins....
