Hot Topic - SP!! HR
Is been quite sometimes since i post...very tired and exhausted thanks to my job. Now working place is like a war place everyday come here is like wearing tons of protecter to protect ourself. It has been a numerous change since I joined. No doubt company getting bigger is a good news but when a company is growing, other things grow as well especially politics, gossip, envy, jealousy and so forth....every new staffs are crazy for power which I dun actually care hahaha..cos I'm not looking into that...
To me working is rather simple, early morning woke up and go to work den take ur lunch and come back to work again and back home. Is a daily routine and every month end u will get what u deserved (salary). I really dun understand y ppl is crazy for power??
What do you think HR means? Everyone sure think is Human Resource. Yes initially I think the same but certain HR means Human Responsibilities.
Lately due to the increase of parking fees in our work place, it have actually bring a nite mare to all staffs. Yes for god sake it have increased 700% and everyone is rushing to get a season pass.. but is very limited. Not only that we have to leave the parking within 20mins after paying. Tot our new HR dept will indeed help us on that but seems nothing is happening.
To protect ourself our floor apply the season pass on our own.
We are very happy after knowing our season pass is approved but on the other hand it makes us worry. The day our pass got approved my colleague got a email from HR stating that only LT (dunno wat is it stand for) level can apply for a season pass....and what we get is only a subsidies of max RM100 / mth. To me this is does not even benefit us but the company as well. This show is not the matter of money is the matter of convenience cos we only can pay parking after work and rush back to the car and exit within 20mins. Is HR doing a good job on this. To me they r sucks. In fact it makes me think is human responsibilities to take care ourself and not rely on them.
They even dun encourage us to get the season pass and limit us with no one can have it except LT. They even says that those approve pass have to be taken back. It have bring so much gossiping and war to the company on this issue juz becos HR dun handle it with a right way. Big boss dun approved on the subsidies scheme...haha..which I dunno they get approval from who.
Anyway...HR to me is really useless.... :P
